Valentine's Week

Charlotte and I have been celebrating Valentine's Week. Of course, there wasn't much love in my heart when Charlotte decided to wake up at 5am and she decided to cry through our whole walk. We painted her toenails and she wore a pretty skirt and shoes and we felt better about life. 

Also we had amazing Mongolian beef, lentils, and green beans for dinner. Not to brag, but quite possibly one of my best meals yet:)

Chocolate Tasting

We put Charlotte in her Valentine's best to go to the chocolate tasting at the Country Village shops today. Unfortunately, she slept through it (or got up 5 minutes after we left...) with her grandparents, be we sure enjoyed it. 

Charlotte hit the jackpot at the St Vincent de Paul 50% off sale this morning with two great new toys. See new stroller above. And be sure to notice the fabulous earrings. 

Art Museum

Brad and I visited the art museum at the University of Washington today. I couldn't take pictures in most of the exhibit, but these pictures are of the sky room. It was a beautiful clear day and the top was open to see the sky. The wood panel on the side was such a pretty color. There was a bench along the side to sit and look at the sky.

Charlotte had a great time at home with Grandma Gerhardt.

Bejeweled

Charlotte has discovered jewelry. She loves it. She will point at it until I give it to her and put all the pieces on. 

What a girly girl!? It's pretty cute.

We got radishes in our bountiful basket this week, so I had to find a good way to use them. I ended up making cinnamon sugar radish chips from this recipe and they were delicious.

New Suit

Someone got a new swimsuit in the mail yesterday! We're ready to swim.

Abbey Road

So we found out that today is the anniversary of Dick's hamburger drive-thru and they had buy one get one free, so we had to check it out. It is our favorite place, after all. I took a picture of Charlotte in the car and it looks like we're just hanging out with the Beatles. It was just a mural though:)
