Sorry I've been slacking on the blogging. I'll try to make up for lost time, but I make no promises. Uncle Andrew came to visit us today. He needed some nice Washington weather after a summer of Georgia rain:) We decided to go rowing on Lake Washington to enjoy the sunshine. It was Charlotte's first time on a boat like that and she loved it. As soon as she got into the boat she wanted to row. Luckily they gave us a child oar for her to use. It was so cute. She, of course, didn't want any help, which made things difficult. She's getting really good at asserting her will. We had planned on letting her play in the water at the splash pad at a park afterwards, but it closed on August 21st. What?! What happened to summer!? I'm in denial and we still have plenty of vacation time before Brad goes back to school, so I'll try my best to keep up with the blogging.
