Queen Anne Hill

I just loves the beautiful views of Seattle. This from Queen Anne Hill. We have been trying to visit every district in Seattle. It's been fun. This video is from a park in Laurelhurst near where we live.

Sunday Leaves

Charlotte and I went and played in the pretty leaves the other day. I love how pretty and bright it gets around here from all the leaves

Snoqualmie Falls

We went to Snoqualmie Falls a few weeks ago to see some more of the Fall colors. They finally opened the trail down to the bottom of the falls. It was pretty impressive to look at from the bottom. Charlotte had a love hate relationship with this outing, but it ended on a happy note. You might notice the mixed emotions from the pictures... A short video of happy Charlotte running around is here.

I promise our whole trip wasn't like this...Charlotte kind of lost it in the middle and got really excited again at the end. I just think this picture is hilarious.

Olives

It's official. Charlotte loves olives as much as her parents do/did. It's just so fun to stick them on your fingers and have alien hands! (By the way, we are totally obsessed with that game on the screen in the background. We're stuck on a level and it's maddening!)

Arboretum in the Fall

We went to the arboretum a few weeks ago to get some pictures like the ones we did last year. I think we went a little later this year and a lot of the leaves had already fallen, but it was still beautiful. Charlotte had a blast running through the leaves.

Pumpkin Carving

I know I'm super late in this post, but I wanted to share a few pumpkin carving pictures. We went to Snohomish to carve pumpkins. Brad has been looking forward to reliving his childhood tradition of turning off all the lights except for the carved pumpkins and running around the house while his dad scared him. He wanted to scare Charlotte this year. She loves being scared, so she had a blast.
These are my pumpkin dinner rolls. They turned out great.
Charlotte and her 'spooky' pumpkin.
