Camera

I let Charlotte take pictures today with my broken camera (the lens won't close). She loved it. After dropping it on the ground a couple of times the lens closed and the camera now works again. She's a miracle worker. Unfortunately, she lost her new toy in the process. Sorry, Charlotte! I'm taking it back. Luckily, we have plenty of old broken cameras to go around here, at least until she fixes them... 

Charlotte can finally reach the pedals on her bike now and has been requesting lots of bike rides. Unfortunately, she hasn't figured out the steering quite yet, but I just can't believe how big she's getting. We can't wait for warm weather and more bike rides!

to the beach!

Charlotte's latest thing is asking to go to the beach. Usually she just pretends that we have a beach inside, but we did finally take her to a real beach. It was a pretty cold evening and we were pretty surprised by the people swimming in the Puget Sound in January and doing Tai Chi on the beach, but it was pretty entertaining. All Charlotte's wildest dreams came true.
